He seems happy to me, but I’m fairly new at owning rabbits. Thanks for the help!
Is my bunny annoyed at my dog or doing happy hops?

It looks annoyed. I think bunnies hop like that to try to make themselves bigger. My bunny will do this if my cat comes too close and the hop scares my cat. Your bunny is also moving away from your dog and as your dog follows it your bunny jumps more, so I would think it’s annoyed.
Didn’t even notice that dog until it stood up 😆
I wouldn’t let them interact. One thing goes wrong and you’ve got a dead bunny 😕
Looks uncomfortable
Annoyed the dog got in his space. Mine does the same and flicks the bottom of her feet at me while leaving the room. Only when I have done something wrong like pet her back while petting her face.
Bunny is trying to defend him/herself. Your dog will just need some training in how to interact with the bunny in a way that bunny doesn’t perceive it as threatening. I definitely think your dog was trying to “play” here, but you don’t want your bunny getting hurt or accidently killed if your dog were to start playing too rough. In my opinion dogs and rabbits should NEVER be left unsupervised, because you never know what could happen. Even the most well mannered, gentle dogs can sometimes have moments where natural instinct kicks in. Good on you OP for asking what others thought this interaction meant, to me that shows you are being a responsible pet owner.
Bun is scared and annoyed. They are trying to make the dog go away.
