Do watch for gas bubbles or gurgles and keep extra yummy hay and water around as this is a tummy soothing pose. If they seem more calm and lazy than usual also keep an eye out for consumption and activity changes that go with it. Watch for the droppings.
Outside of that- sometimes buns like a cool spot or just wanna be funky cute floof babies.
