Foxie the rabbit keeps jumping through the cat flap to steal the cats’ food. Cheeky bunny!
Information-
– Cat food isn’t good for rabbits as it is high in protein. This was a very small amount on one occassion. A rabbit’s diet should consist of high fibre food- mainly hay, grass and greens.
– Foxie and his wifebun Bella live in a playhouse with connected run outside, and are allowed free-range during the day. However Foxie used to be a housebun which is why he is so tame and still comfortable coming into the house for visits.
– Problem is now fixed as we have fenced off the area outside by the cat flap so the cats still have access but rabbits don’t. When we are downstairs we can open the fence, move the food, and bunny can come visit. 🙂
