  1. I hope the family has the rabbit neutered and now that he is inside the kids play with him more.

  2. They’ve had him for 2 years and this is the best they could do? Sorry if I’m coming off as “that person”, but this honestly this p*sses me off. When was the last time they trimmed his nails? How often was he brought inside? Jw because none of them could even bring him in themselves. You can just tell they didn’t want him inside. Especially after she kept trying to have the bunny stay outside.
“It [ play pen ] can’t stay out here?”
“We won’t leave him out here though”
“Bc he might jump over it [ play pen ] so we’re always watching out for him” 👎🏼

And the fact that they’ve been considering breeding him 😰👎🏼 I seriously hope his living conditions have improved and pray he is still inside.

  3. awwww this is so sweet he was so happy being petted!!!! i know you've already made videos abt nail trimming, but if you can upload the footage of how u picked him up and got him still enough to cut his nails it would be so helpful 🙂 my bunny hates being picked up and I'm so scared about hurting her when I cut her nails

  4. I have a question how do you change the like blanket if it gets dirty like with poop or pee

  5. Loralie, you are just amazing. I have five rabbits right now, and they used to live outdoors but once I started watching your videos, remove them inside and now they are all free roam, and they are all potty trained, and they just love it so much more. You inspire me so much! Thank you for making a difference in the bunny world! ❤❤❤

  6. Please help them get him neutered so that they don’t “get a girl” for him ☹️

  7. Hi Lorelei! I’m 13, and I just got my fourth bunny. This might be a long story, just FYI.

Ever since I was 5 years old, bunnies were my favorite animal. My fifth birthday party was at a farm, and it was bunny themed. My next birthday party was also bunny themed. My dad gave all my friends bunny face paint, and my mom set up a table of “bunny themed” food(for example- marshmallows for bunny tails). I was surprised with a company called “Bunnies for Birthdays” coming to my party, along with around 10 bunnies! They also convinced my parents to let them give me my own bunny. I named it Shyla, after a stuffed animal I got at the farm. About a month later, they got my brother a bunny from the same breeder, and he named it Whisper. They lived in a hutch in our backyard, then we moved (literally) across the country(from Washington to Florida). The bunnies definitely hated Florida. We obviously couldn’t keep them outside, so they lived in the garage(which had an AC system-they couldn’t live inside because my mom was allergic). Fast forward less than a year(because Florida sucks(in my opinion at least)), we moved to Colorado. The first two years we lived there, they were diagnosed with maggots twice, and weren’t allowed outside anymore. That second year, when we went on a camping trip and left them with a family member(who is not at all at fault), they passed away. They hadn’t eaten or drank in a day, and most likely had maggots again. We miss you, Shyla and Whisper.
Then, last December, my dad got re-married(after my parents got divorced in 2021) to my step-mom, who has a bunny. In September, one of the rabbits at my counseling office had babies. I fell in love with them, and convinced my dad and step-mom to let me get one(they were up for adoption). I also convinced them to let it live in my room, so that it got more attention. We got little Marshmallow (it’s name) on Wednesday, and my dad has already sent me pictures, proving that it’s getting to come out and play. I am so happy that Marshmallow is getting to live a better life than Shyla and Whisper did, and thank you for inspiring me to make that happen. Love you guys 🩷

  8. Now if my rabbit can stay that still to do his claws! So glad they let you help them that bun is so sweet!

  9. Thank you Lorelei for helping the poor rabbit. I have a question, is olive oil good to use for getting rid of rabbit ear mites?

  10. This is heartbreaking 💔 I cannot even begin to imaging why they thought it was okay to put them in that situation!

  11. hi i just got a baby rabbit and i tried introduce him to my 2yo female rabbit and she instantly was aggressive they are now in separate rooms but that is only possible temporarily how do i introduce the two risk free since the baby rabbit is very young and vounrable to injuries so i want to know the safest way possible to get them together
