It’s often a dominance thing, demanding the other licks/cleans them. Not quite sure about the otherone sitting ontop though xD (In rabbits it’s normally the female that is the dominant one)

She’s telling him that she’s dominant. For rabbits, the dominant rabbit gets groomed and the submissive rabbit does the grooming. She’s asking for grooms and being the boss. It’s very common for females to be the boss.

My girl does this too. The whole dominant thing doesn’t work for her though. He’ll give her two licks and then it’s her turn to clean him. He is just better at being dominant but she is trying her best.
So he will groom her. You stick your head under your bun-sibling face, they’re bound to give you a bath.
