My 5 year old rabbit passed away yesterday and I am devastated. I cleaned out his pen one last time today but I cant bring myself to take down his pen yet. It’s going to sit for a while as I process my feelings about this. Some one suggested getting another one down the road and I just broke down knowing another rabbit can’t replace my baby boy Velvet. He was the best rabbit I ever had. He loves head pets, thumping for more strawberry tops, nudging me for head pets, letting me shake his hind end when I give him full body pets in while sprawled out superman, running up to me when I get home, actually enjoys car rides, just all around being so lovey. I am going to miss him so much. 😢
