His name was Peter. Likely an English lop, about 3.5 yrs old. Passed from mesenteric torsion, which the vet told me was super rare in rabbits. Happened so suddenly. He was happy and content yesterday. He was such a good friend to me and my kids and was great at reminding me to take time off and relax. I’ll miss his soft fur and him licking my face. I’m thankful to have known him and that he’s now at peace. 🌈
