I came home tonight and noticed my bunny had a scab on the back of his ear. Could this be ear mites? It’s not inside the ear. Only on the back of the ear. I also don’t see any reddish/brownish residue in the ear. His ears look clean. However, I have noticed him shaking his head a bit more lately but I just thought he was extra excited.
Any thoughts or advice? I just don’t want it to get worse. I can tell it’s bothering him since he does not want me around it.
