Need some advice

So I recently got a hay bag for my bunnies, because they like to spread hay everywhere and I thought it would be a little bit cleaner to have that. But they refuse to eat out of the bag but they’ll eat the hay that’s on the ground. I don’t know how to get them to eat the hay out of the bag so that they stop wasting as much hay.
