Hi all, I’ve had my first bunny for about a month now. She stays in a cage a lot right now but I’d like to get her transitioned out of it ultimately. She is still very skittish toward me, and obviously she doesn’t love being picked up when I take her from the cage and into her play pen. While I’ll never let my cats around her unsupervised, she has had contact with them and she seems far less intimidated by them than she does of me.
Any advice on to improve bonding? Should I be patient and accept it could take months? TIA.
