our eldest bunny, miss pumpkin, is a trouble maker for sure. she doesn’t ever seem uncomfortable and is always flopped about her pen. she just always pushes her hay out of the box at night when she and the others are most active. she’ll push out half and then pee on it. we’ve done a lot to make sure they have a very large space and normally seem pretty happy. she reminds me of a cat bc she seems to tolerate people more than she enjoys being around them. if you pet her she’ll allow it until she’s over it and nudges your hand away. she’s never shown aggression toward her roommates(her two daughters), but i don’t think she fully trusts people.
she loves my sister bc she has designated herself the feeder of bunnies. she and my mom have a long running beef since my mom cleans their pen. she’ll let me pet and hold her for very short amounts of time being sweet until she isn’t. she likes to climb all over my dad when he’s sitting down. all while being indifferent to everyone else.
i just wonder if it’s a trust thing or if she just marches to the beat of her own drum (doesn’t gaf)
