In today’s cute baby animal video, you’ll see a variety of floppy-eared hoppers eating, dancing and chasing each other around in circles. Some of these cute bunny rabbits are so tiny that they can fit in the palm of your hand. But don’t let their small size fool you. These little furballs can eat up a storm and they are fast as lightning (as you will see in the video).
Like most cute baby animals, baby rabbits love to be cuddled and stroked. However, most don’t like being carried too high off the ground as this tends to frighten them.
Rabbits love being stroked on their foreheads and backs. When petting or stroking cute baby cats, cute baby dogs, or cute baby rabbits, always remember to stroke them in the direction that their hair grows, and never against the hair growth.
Most cute baby animals like being stroked behind the ears, and its a good idea to brush them using a cat grooming brush. These not only keep your pet looking neat, but it also reduces the risk of hairballs.
When petting or picking up a rabbit it best to approach it from above or the side as they cannot see objects directly in front of their noses. Stroke its back gently until you are sure it is feeling secure and not nervous. Slide one hand under its belly, and the other hand under its bottom. As you lift, try to keep most of the rabbit’s weight on its bottom.
However, if you notice that a rabbit is nervous about being held, you can try wrapping it in a blanket or towel. Like most cute baby animals, rabbits loved to be cuddled and this will make them feel more secure.
Besides cute baby rabbits, we’ve also got a terrific video segment of newborn baby kittens being suckled by their mother. You’ll hear a lot of cute baby cats meowing and sometimes fighting each other to get their turn at the mother cats’ milk.
When kittens are at this delicate young stage it is better not to handle them, to use extreme care when handling these cute baby cats. Depending on the mother’s character, you might be able to stroke and pet a newborn kitten soon after birth. Experts suggest briefly holding these cute baby animals once per day to check their weight gain. However, try not to touch the kittens too much, because this might distress the mother.
However, according to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), you should abstain from touching newborn kittens during their first week of life. It may be hard to stay away from such adorable furballs at this tender age. None the less, it is better for the kittens as well as the mother cat not to touch cute baby cats until they begin their second week of life.
