why does my bunny shed like this???

hi! this is my bunny willow- i’ve had her for about a year and a half now and she was adopted from the local shelter so we’re not totally sure about her age, but she’s probably almost 3. every time she sheds her fur looks like this!! it all comes off in that center part and she looks like a balding old man. is this normal?? should i be concerned? (the second image it is much more clear.
