Would this be enough for two rabbits, space wise?

So, from my research it says 2m x 3m, and the hutch can be inside that. And I’m under the impression that the length is very important, which I definitely have on either of the sides of my room that would befree to them. But I don’t really have the width as a continuous space, im about three inches short on one side and 9 inches on the other, but i was hoping them having space on both sides would make up for that?

I attached a drawing with the measurements of my room and how I would set it up if I adopted rabbits 🙂 the greyed out space is my bed, which they can’t use as additional space because it’s a loft, and I keep most of my stuff under it (which is why it’s so empty otherwise lol. I mean I have some clutter right now but I’d just get rid of that), including my drawing tablet which has a lot of wires, and my desk which has a rolling chair. I figured I’d just babyproof that area since it seems like it would be kind of a hazard. I know i could chew proof the wires but id still be worried about rolling em over. They would be allowed on the chair but it’s just not a continuous flat surface. Thank u in advance for ur comments and suggestions 🙂
