i need some advice!! heres my little guy, his name is mango!! hes pretty old by now, probably about 8-9 years? ive had him for a good portion of that. before i got him he lived in a very abusive situation where dogs had access to his cage and would bark and try to attack him, so he lived in constant stress. hes opened up a lot since then but i still feel like even years later hes more skittish than most rabbits. sometimes hes great and climbs on me and will stay still (rarely) for nail trimming, and other times he wont even let me get near him. i hate to stress him out any more by holding him to trim his nails or clean him, but i have to take care of him!! any advice for calming him down and getting closer?
