They usually, especially one of my bunnies, does it in the morning I think to wake me up. However, she accidentally scratched under my eye this morning and mildly broke skin. Just checked with the vet and their nails are perfect last Wednesday for reference.
Doesn’t seem aggressive since it only happens in the morning really. But bro, my eyeee. There’s no hiding it. People are gonna ask me what happened for sure; it’s not subtle.
If it weren’t for their nails, I really wouldn’t care this much. Is this normal bunny behavior? Can I train her out of it? This is the second time she’s accidentally scratched my face but before it was just a mild red mark so I was like “oh okay, twas an accident” but what if she actually gets my eye??
