Ingredients and measurements:
Cupcakes – You can either make homemade cupcakes or use boxed cupcake mix which is what I did.
Buttercream – 3 cups of powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla, 1-2 tablespoons of milk (this recipe makes 1 batch. I ended up making 3 batches)
Decorating – Jelly Beans (any color, I used pink), decorating sugar (any color but make sure it matches you jelly beans), shredded coconut, buttercream, marshmallows (whole and halved), pretzel rods
Tools – large bowl(s), measuring cups, hand mixer, whisk, piping bag, piping tip, cupcake tins, cupcake liners
