Bonded bunnies are adorable! They are very happy and love being with each other. Rabbits are very social animals and they benefit greatly living with another bunny.
Bonding bunnies can be a difficult process and you’d never just put a bunny into another’s pen or cage and expect them to love each other. They are a lot like humans…they need to date first! The bonding process can take as long as 2 weeks but during these bonding sessions, bunnies learn to trust one another. Every rabbit and every pairing is different. And both must be fixed in order for bonding to take place.
