It’s been over a year since my last video post, but I’ve still been making creative things and keeping up with school and what-not. Luckily, I was able to set aside some time to really focus and relax on this drawing, that I’ve developed a story in my head for these cute little rabbit characters 😛
Reynold (everyone calls him Red) is the oldest brother. He has a super chill and cool demeanor, has a bit of a rebel vibe, but actually would never skateboard in an out of zone area. He prides in his red tuft of hair and makes sure to maintain it twice a day. Red is always wearing his cap, even when he goes to sleep, mostly because it makes him look awesome, but mainly to hide a bald spot from a skateboarding accident. He’d do anything for his siblings, even if it lowers his cool factor.
Alice is the middle child and a wild daredevil who’s ready for any challenge, and what better challenge than learning to skateboard while blind? Her impaired vision never stopped her from being inspired by her cool older brother to pick up the sport. However, after feeling Red’s bald patch, she blamed his old skateboard and decided to switch to rollerblades for the safety of her cuteness which she values very much (loss of vision will never hinder her sense of fashion). She loves skating with her pinwheel to feel the weird ways the air turns it.
Dayler is the youngest of the rabbits, and he’s a little scaredy bunny and a little bit of a klutz. He’s always the voice of reason when the siblings go on adventures and tries his best to keep everyone safe. Whenever something needs to be done, he’s very dependable…exxxxcept if its in the dark, far away from home, talking to new rabbits, or anything unfamiliar really. He chose to learn the scooter because it was a little cooler to Red than a tricycle, but still easier to control than a skateboard or rollerblades.
