Even if you clean her bum, she can still produce them, turn around and eat them. Cecotropes aren’t suppose to be seen unless she is receiving too much protein, I believe? And she doesn’t need that much protein so she can’t consume more. Since she is getting older or is old, you may wanna reconsider her diet.
I never had a senior bun since I am a new bun mom but this is what I can infer from research I have done when getting my own buns.
