So my vet actually pointed this out to me on my Rex, I hadn’t noticed it. Because their fur is more delicate it is prone to balding on the feet. My vet told me that whatever my rabbit lived on was not soft enough, it could just be a genetic mutation, or he was overweight.
I haven’t found much of a remedy for this myself unfortunately, but to soothe my guy’s feet’s I use a little bit of Vaseline every once and a while
Edit: if you’re wondering how in the world I manage to put Vaseline on a rabbit, I wait until he is splooting just like that in your photos and sneak a cotton swab in there !

I have recently adopted a bunny with sore hocks and put a vet bedding in the room she is kept in. It is like soft and thick carpet. In couple weeks feet healed beautifully. If possible I would look to put something similar in the spaces your bunny is the most

I haven’t had this issue but I saw somebun using specific bunny socks/those vet tape wrapped like a sock for their sore hocks.

My vet said 9/10 bunnies have sore hocks and were surprised by mine! Just make sure the surface of your bunny’s living space is as soft and comfy as possible.
Even if carpeted (I have floor mats on top of some cushiony baby mats for mine) their hocks may still look like that and it can take up to months to recover for some buns. Their posture/weight distribution can also lead to sore hocks. Just keep an eye on the area, it’s not a huge concern unless it gets bigger & redder.
