Digbox! My boy would chew up carpet corners, having a box of stuff for them to dig in and toss around is a good toy, and an easy place to hide treats
It’s digging. They would normally do it with dirt if outside. It’s okay for them to with a blanket. Mine does it on the side of their teepee. 😂

Mine sometimes do that before taking a piss . Not all the time but sometimes 😂
Edit to add: usually my bed,never seen them dig before peeing off my bed.

Looks like your bed is messy. Our bun does this if his blanket is too ruffled or has too much fluff on

One of my rabbits does this when she plays with her sheet. She’ll pick it up and smooth it out so many different ways and times and get underneath and such. It’s cute and looks like they’re nesting or bed making lol
