My girls are about 3.5 years old and roughly 9 lbs each. Their adoption paperwork had their breed listed as “flemish giant mix”, but other than not being small bunnies, they don’t really fit the description of flemish giants. I have since been told that many rescues list larger rabbits as flemish giants no matter what, unless they are certain on breed. Everyone on here seems pretty darn good at breed identification, so thanks in advance!

Very similar looking to my brown bunny- although I just say he’s “mixed” because I have no idea what he is.
Well done loaf and void
The black bunny looks like my black bunny who is a Havana, she also weighs about what yours do!
Chonk-E.
First bun: Potato Sphinx
Second bun: Void baguette
Them being mixed would be a pretty good reason for why they don’t like flemishes.
My Jason is 1/4 lop. He looks like an ordinary Netherland Dwarf. (IDK if he’d be winning shows but he looks enough like one for me, certainly doesn’t have any sign of the floppy ears of a lop) I got no reason to belive his previous owner lied about that… if she wanted him to be more desirable she could have told me he was purebred and I would have believed her without question.
My two look, almost exactly like your brown one! My shelter identified them by their coat – agouti! Both of yours are absolutely precious. Just curious though, has your vet said that the brown one is at a healthy weight? It does look a little bit chonk.
this bread is most likely pumpernickel, perhaps mixed with rye
Satin rabbit , my rabbit toukanis mom looked just like the brown one
