This is my little man who has (almost) died 5 times and again this afternoon. After sliding across the floor with a headtilt we thought this was it. We said our goodbyes and called the vet. 20 minutes later when we got there the little guy acted as if nothing had happened. We are still in shock but just so grateful that we got to bring him home.

I’ve made the mistake of hesitating to bring my little one to a vet, a mistake I’ll always regret and feel guilty for. I’d pay any amount to have him back with me. Glad your beautiful boy is feeling well!
Had a guinea pig Evel Knievel boarlie who required many trips to the vet. Just made me love him more every time he returned alive. 💕

Yeah, that’s peanuts. Between me and some of the other experiences I’ve seen on this sub, I’ll tell you that you dodged a bullet. Last time my baby bun went, it required an overnight stay at an emergency vet. With a follow-up at his regular vet. I said goodbye to $3500.
The time he had his first GI stasis cost me $1000.
Then there’s the hay, veggies, toys, litter, replacement chargers, lost deposit on my apartment, and even having to buy a new mattress (bunny decided he needs to pee on it whenever he got super angry)
Even having his little bunny 🥜 cut off cost $350 because I found an amazing exotics vet, that charged an arm and a leg.
In exchange, I get to find little cocoa puffs in places where they have no business being, and everything I own is covered in rabbit fur. Rabbits 😅
Sounds and looks like a surfer dude! 💖🏄🏼. Still, it’s good to keep a close eye on the Boyo for the next few days. 👀. Glad he’s ok.
