Hey y’all, we are trying to reintroduce our sibling rabbits (one female, 2 male about 8mo old) after spay and neutering.
We had them apart for 2months prior to the surgery (wait-list was too long and we were not able to get a sooner date in our area), but they were always directly near each other with a fence in between. The males had about an in of space between fences as they would try to nip each other.
It’s been a month since the surgery and we have been doing mini supervised play dates and now have the above setup.
The one male (right side, brown) is a bit aggressive to both the female (trying to hump) and the male (squaring off him and trying to bite).
Is the above setup appropriate?
