My bunny has been regularly sleeping in my room with me. We have had plenty of beautiful snuggles and playful mornings together, I think waking up to him waking me up is very special, and having sunday sleep-ins with him have always been lovely.
However, recently we moved to an apartment and I haven’t let him in my room. I’ve realized it’s easier for me to keep my room clean now than when I share it with him at night (hay, wood shavings, and general bunny mess can build up and when I’m so busy I can put off cleaning). So since moving, I’ve had rigid boundaries of no bunny in my room. We still cuddle on the couch but I cant help but feel guilty leaving him out of my room at night when we have spent so many nights sleeping together.
Do you guys think it is negatively affecting him to be separated now? He’s pretty happy, binkying and flopping around all the time, but just wondering what you guys think
