Keeping bunny clean post surgery?

Hi everyone! My bunny recently had her back leg amputated. Her behind is pretty stinky because she has limited mobility and is wearing a cone ☹️. I know my girl wants it clean, but I can’t let her do it herself right now because of her stitches. Any tips on keeping her clean? She absolutely hates being held (and I want to respect that especially while she’s healing) and I need to be mindful of being gentle with her because of the stitches. Or should I leave it for now and let her deal with it when her stitches are off in 2 weeks? 😭
