My guess is, only guessing….. Netherland/lionhead. Gender you’ll have to get under there. lol

they definitely have lionhead in the mix. or could just be a really young lionhead.

I hav had 1 one these in the past. Not sure of the breed but unfortunately died bc he escaped and a fox got him

for determining gender it can take you some time until your bunny gets older, even vets have a hard time determining sexes with baby bunnies, i got told one of mine was a girl until the vet found out he is a boy a few months later. boy bunnies can also retract their testicles if they are anxious or scared and they don’t show until they reach sexual maturity

Can’t tell sex without looking at the rabbit’s bits.
It’s a puff ball domestic rabbit unless you got it from a reputable breeder or breed rescue.

My educated guess is telling me this is a young lionhead. I think the second picture depicting a flat face is just an illusion because he has such fluffy white cheeks. Because the lionhead breed was introduced by breeding the Swiss Fox Breed and the Netherland Dwarf Breed, purebread lionheads are inherently a dwarf breed themselves, weighing about 4lbs max. I’d wager your lionhead is going to grow a little more, and after the next molt that they experience, you will notice more fluff appearing at the cheeks, neck, around the stomach, and on the backside. We have a void lionhead that’s half Alaskan rabbit. He’s 5 now, but when he was young, he looked very close to your little one.
