Most interactions they’ve had look like this: appears first bunny (Loaf) is nipping at second bunny (Raptor), he backs away and a few minutes later he comes back to say hi and it repeats.
First bunny (Loaf) is 3 months old and I got her from a local pet store a week ago. Second bunny (Raptor) is 5 years old and I got him from a rescue when he was 6 months old.
I have them separated currently, but plan to work towards bonding once she gets spayed. Both rabbits have been around another bunny before. Loaf had another rabbit with her in the hutch at the pet store. Raptor was bonded to his brother (T-Rex), but he died a year ago.
Is my new bunny already territorial?
